It's been a wild ride since I last blogged. My Taylor's mate, Marvin, passed too. He was 16 + 1 week. Broke my heart to watch him go, but I guess Taylor wanted him with her. What a pair! They will always and forever hold a very special in my heart.
Down to my last dog now; my brother's 16+ Jack Russell. She's a bit lonely without her friends. They all slept together and played together. Now all she has is a house full of crazy cats....... and crazy me. It's strange for me too. The house is much quieter these days and I miss my babies a lot. No more right now though (famous last words). I want to go sailing again someday!
I've gone back into yacht brokering now with a small office in Tarpon Springs, Fla. It's a fun business. You meet a lot of nice boaters and get to be outdoors in the glorious sunshine! It's the beginning of summer in Florida and things are getting busy.
Haven't had much time for art shows, but I did get notified that one of my photos of an outdoor restaurant in Marsh Harbor has just been posted on a Bahamas travel website! Cool!!! And I'm getting a number of "views" on FINEARTAMERICA. You can find me there and order photos in several sizes with or without matting, frames, etc. And, of course, a few of my boating photographs hang in my office just behind my desk.
Oh, I'm busy writing a travel article that I hope to get published......... with photos of course. Will let everyone know if and when it's accepted and published! Cross your fingers!
It's late. Have to run! Have a good summer everyone!
